Engagement Manager – AI Implementations

About the role

Tether is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI‑driven implementations across enterprise, government and institutional clients. You will coordinate the deployment of decentralized AI solutions using Tether’s QVAC SDK, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery of edge AI and privacy‑preserving inference use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi‑stakeholder AI projects from concept to production.
• Act as the primary client liaison, translating business objectives into technical specifications.
• Manage internal and external resources to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee deployment of edge AI, local inference, and privacy‑preserving AI solutions.
• Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in AI or blockchain environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
