Senior Consultant – Anaplan Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead client engagements for Fidenda. The role involves owning end‑to‑end technical solutions, advising senior stakeholders, and driving delivery excellence while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, deliver and adopt Anaplan solutions across the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the technical escalation point, managing progress, risks and scope.
• Facilitate workshops and structured problem‑solving sessions with senior executives.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, communicating complex messages diplomatically.
• Architect and integrate Anaplan applications (FCR, Forecaster, Optimizer, Workflow, ADO, CloudWorks) with enterprise systems.
• Coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Identify extension opportunities, contribute to demos, scoping and proposal creation.
• Represent Fidenda at industry events and on professional platforms.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Deep domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Supply Chain or Sales.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Ability to protect project scope and commercial interests.
• Relevant Anaplan certification or equivalent delivery experience.

Required skills

• Anaplan solution architecture.
• Experience with Anaplan FCR, Forecaster, Optimizer, Workflow, ADO, CloudWorks.
• Integration of Anaplan with enterprise systems.
