Christmas Retail Associate – Cardiff City Centre

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position runs until 26 December 2026 and covers the busy Christmas period in Cardiff City Centre. You will work a 35‑hour week (7 hours per day, Monday‑Friday) starting at 9:00 am, and you must have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and customer‑focused service on the shop floor.
• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and store cleanliness.
• Set up and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably retail or fashion.
• Sales or retail experience is a plus.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
• Availability to start as soon as possible and work throughout December without leave.
