Customer Assistant – Night Shift

About the role

The Customer Assistant – Nights role supports the store by preparing the shop floor for the next day. You will work overnight, ensuring shelves are stocked, aisles are tidy and stock is safely moved from the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Fill shelves and maintain a steady work pace throughout the night.
• Keep the workspace clean and aisles presentable for customers.
• Move stock safely from the warehouse to the shop floor, including heavy items.
• Work across chilled, frozen and other store areas as needed.
• Use handsets, digital systems and equipment accurately and safely.
• Assist with online order picking or checkout duties once trained.

• Friendly, enthusiastic about delivering great customer service.
• Physically resilient and able to adapt to overnight working hours.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to learn new digital tools and take ownership of tasks.
