Christmas Retail Associate – Lancaster (18 hrs/week)

About the role
We are seeking a Christmas Retail Associate to support our stores during the busy peak Christmas period in Lancaster. This temporary position runs until 26/12/2026 and involves 18 hours per week across a shift pattern of six Mondays, six Wednesdays and six Fridays, starting at 9:00 am. Candidates must have their own vehicle, a full driving licence and be available to work throughout December without taking leave.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Unpack and display deliveries of new stock.
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Set up and support promotional activities.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing role; fashion‑brand experience is a plus.
- Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
