Content & Communications Manager

About the role

Littlepay is seeking a Content & Communications Manager to shape and deliver the way the company communicates with its target audiences worldwide. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will be responsible for building brand credibility, engaging stakeholders and supporting commercial growth through compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own a structured content calendar across multiple channels and regions.
• Lead creation of case studies, blogs, white papers, reports, website copy, videos, webinars and podcasts.
• Act as lead editor for all external content, ensuring clarity, consistency and quality.
• Design and deliver a PR strategy, manage press releases and media outreach, and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
• Partner with senior leadership to produce thought‑leadership pieces and speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product, Sales and regional teams to align messaging and support campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content creation and editorial processes for B2B or fintech audiences.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible narratives.
• Strong project‑management skills and the capacity to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing PR and media strategies.

• Strategic thinking with a focus on demand generation and brand positioning.
• Experience with multimedia production (video, podcast, webinar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growing environment.
