About the role
Join Santander’s Southend‑On‑Sea branch as a Customer Experience Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, efficient service both in‑branch and over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with cash transactions, account queries and product information.
- Provide support for banking technology used in the branch.
- Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve issues.
- Identify and prevent fraud or scam attempts.
- Build relationships with customers and suggest suitable solutions.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Comfortable working on a rotating schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm) with a minimum of 260 hours per year.
- Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks in a busy branch environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
