About the role
Join Santander’s Retail Banking team in Wood Green as a Customer Experience Advisor. You will be the friendly face and voice of the bank, helping customers with everyday transactions, technology assistance, and fraud protection while delivering a high‑quality, personalised service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in‑branch and over the phone.
- Process cash transactions, account enquiries and routine banking services.
- Provide guidance on using banking technology and digital channels.
- Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and resolve queries promptly.
- Build relationships with customers and identify solutions to meet their needs.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Santander’s products and services.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm.
- Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced branch environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to risk and fraud prevention.
