About the role
Bionic is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its Customer Service Team, supporting business owners with energy, connectivity, insurance and finance solutions. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, ensuring high‑quality customer interactions and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answering and replying to customer calls and emails
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Updating queries and complaints with high‑quality notes
- Conducting inquiries when customers are dissatisfied
- Working towards targets such as inbound call volume
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support
- Meeting regulatory standards, including Data Protection and FCA Guidelines
Required profile
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with probing ability
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven problem‑solving skills, listening and acting in customers’ and Bionic’s best interests
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support business objectives
- Strong numerical skills
- Impeccable time‑management skills
- Energy industry experience is a plus (not essential)
