About the role
Ayvens is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join its Driver Care team in Bristol. You will be the first point of contact for drivers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Ayvens' business channels and processes.
- Provide first‑line responses to incoming queries via phone, email and chat, aiming for immediate resolution.
- Triage complex issues, record them in workflow systems and allocate tasks for timely follow‑up.
- Proactively call customers as part of the Customer Excellence strategy.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and suggest actionable changes.
- Complete mandatory training to meet legislative requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, managing expectations and service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within legislative guidelines and find solutions within those frameworks.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and commercial awareness.
- Comfortable handling phone‑based interactions with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
