About the role
We are looking for a confident and customer‑focused Call Advisor to join our team. In this fast‑paced inbound position you will be the first point of contact for clients and their tenants, providing clear, efficient and professional support.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients and tenants.
- Provide updates on ongoing repairs.
- Book new appointments and adjust existing visits.
- Deliver accurate company information and guidance.
- Manage communications via phone, email and internal systems.
Required profile
- Previous experience in inbound call handling or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to remain calm and resilient in a busy environment.
- Efficient, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive working environment.

- 3CX phone system.
- Microsoft Teams.
- Outlook email client.
- TotalMobile (Connect) platform.
