Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role
The Customer Success Manager will join the EMEA Customer Excellence team at S&P Global Energy, helping French‑speaking clients get the most out of our data and analytics solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing education, and proactive engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and drive maximum value from our solutions.
- Onboard new clients and deliver remote or in‑person training sessions tailored to their workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor usage data and customer health, identifying opportunities for further engagement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing insights to improve the overall experience.
- Collaborate across functions to create seamless, elevated customer experiences.
- Anticipate challenges and address them before they escalate.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in Salesforce and Gainsight.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience or 5 years in the energy, commodities or finance sectors.
- Excellent presentation and software demo abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a diverse, geographically dispersed team and willingness to travel.
Required skills
- Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
