Digital Marketing Specialist – Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to report to the Digital Marketing & Performance Media Manager and drive lower‑funnel Paid Social and Paid Search activities across Europe. The role will collaborate closely with brand teams, agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver online sales targets for nine European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lower‑funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest, working closely with brand teams to align audience targeting and creative assets.
• Support and optimise paid search strategy for nine European markets, collaborating with the SEO team and media agency to manage product segmentation, custom labels and first‑party data audiences.
• Lead quarterly testing initiatives, trial new tools and targeting opportunities, and stay up‑to‑date with feed‑optimisation best practices.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, monitor ROAS and online sales targets, and ensure legal compliance of all audience data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance‑marketing channels, specifically paid social and paid search.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams across Europe and coordinate with agency partners.
• Strong analytical mindset to derive insights from campaign data and drive optimisation.
• Understanding of legal requirements for first‑party data usage.
