Dior Ambassador – Luxury Beauty Sales

About the role

The Dior Ambassador will represent Parfums Christian Dior within Selfridges London, delivering an exceptional luxury beauty experience to clients. You will drive sales of fragrance, makeup and skincare while embodying Dior’s values of creativity, audacity and joy.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell Dior beauty products and provide a high‑standard luxury service.
• Act as a makeup and skincare expert, demonstrating and applying products to inspire new clientele.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and increase average transaction value through cross‑selling.
• Initiate contact with customers on the counter and through traffic‑stopping initiatives.
• Build personal relationships, introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty programme and foster client loyalty.
• Educate clients on product benefits and brand heritage.
• Participate in merchandise management, monitor stock levels and report issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and update the iPOS client database with sales and profile information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
• Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
• Creative, self‑confident and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver personalized service.
