Director / Senior Director, Relationship Capital – PE/VC

About the role

This position leads the design and scaling of a strategic executive engagement platform for a global venture capital and private equity firm. You will work at the intersection of enterprise relationships, portfolio value creation, and executive content strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality agendas, executive briefings, and discussion frameworks for CIO‑level audiences.
• Create structured program materials that enhance clarity, consistency, and scalability.
• Develop compelling executive messaging to facilitate introductions between CIOs and portfolio companies.
• Partner with Enterprise, Value Creation, and Marketing teams to align engagement models with commercial objectives.
• Support senior stakeholders ahead of high‑profile executive interactions.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of total professional experience.
• 5–6 years in strategy consulting, preferably at an MBB firm.
• Proven ability to produce polished, executive‑ready deliverables.
• Demonstrated skill in managing multiple workstreams independently with speed and attention to detail.
• High‑level fluency in enterprise software and technology business models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology organization structures, initiative prioritisation, and technology adoption decisions.
• Commercial judgment on how executive engagement drives portfolio value creation.
• Experience in enterprise software, private equity, venture capital, or go‑to‑market strategy is highly attractive.
