About the role
We are seeking an Electrical Site Manager to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) on a new project in Weybridge, Surrey. The role involves leading the safe and compliant installation of electrical services on a high‑profile construction site.
Key responsibilities
- Lead electrical installations, ensuring safety, compliance with specifications and timely delivery.
- Guide and mentor supervisors, fostering a collaborative “one team” approach.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage quality control procedures and maintain accurate progress records.
- Identify risks and propose creative solutions to project challenges.
Required profile
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical services installation and safety, backed by relevant industry qualifications.
- Holds CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
- Enjoys building relationships across teams and maintaining high quality standards.
- Thrives in a supportive, teamwork‑focused environment.
