About the role
We are partnering with a respected financial services firm in London to hire an Executive Assistant who will act as the right‑hand support to a senior executive. The role offers broad exposure across the business, a collaborative culture, and the chance to embed yourself within a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone diaries and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate international travel, itineraries and related logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations and supporting documentation.
- Process expenses, invoices and approvals.
- Support team events, off‑sites and internal initiatives.
- Serve as liaison between senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Assist with documentation and compliance‑related processes.
- Facilitate day‑to‑day coordination of the wider team.
Required profile
- Previous Executive Assistant experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, dependable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Confident, professional communication with senior stakeholders.
- Enjoys collaborative teamwork and building strong relationships.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
- Concur (experience advantageous)
- DocuSign (experience advantageous)
