Export Operator – Air, Sea & Road Freight

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Operator to manage air, sea and road freight shipments from start to finish. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, overseas agents and hauliers, ensuring smooth export processes and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee export shipments across air, sea and road modes.
• Liaise with clients, overseas agents, hauliers and internal branches.
• Provide timely updates and resolve customer queries.
• Complete customs entries and monitor shipments until delivery.
• Prepare job costing, invoicing and related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
