Washroom Service Technician – Northern Ireland

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a Washroom Service Technician to join its Northern Ireland team, covering Belfast and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for servicing a range of washroom products at customer sites while maintaining a professional image and ensuring safety on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple customer locations to service washroom products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and floor mats.
• Load and unload units and floor mats, requiring physical fitness.
• Maintain vehicle safety and adhere to the company’s Drive Smart guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt working patterns to business needs.
• Ability to work independently with a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.
