About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at The Royal Horseguards, a 5‑star hotel on the River Thames. As an F&B Team Member you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering high‑quality service in the restaurant, bar, terrace and banqueting areas.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and clear tables with efficiency and a smile.
• Personalise guest interactions to build loyalty and enhance the overall experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments, stepping in where needed to support smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all service areas.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
