Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage high‑quality candidates for a variety of global client roles.
• Access and promote active vacancies from RecX Direct and other partner companies.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters to accelerate the filling of positions.
• Utilise AI‑driven matching and shortlisting tools to improve efficiency.
• Earn commission based on successful candidate placements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related commercial role.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable building and managing your own candidate pipeline.
• Motivated by results and commission‑based earnings.
