French & German-speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative

About the role

Deckers Brands is looking for a bilingual Wholesale Customer Service Representative who will deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service to our wholesale customers. You will manage the order book, work closely with Account Managers, and ensure orders are placed, tracked, and shipped accurately to help the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and modify orders for an assigned account base.
• Communicate with the sales force and customers to ensure smooth order flow.
• Expedite orders, informing customers of any delays or early fulfilments.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and availability issues to minimise cancellations.
• Liaise with the Credit team on any credit‑related order holds.
• Handle returns and credits promptly, providing excellent after‑sales service.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly on account status.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage conflicts constructively.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in English, French and German.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
