About the role
Join the brand‑new Warner hotel on the River Thames and be the friendly face that welcomes guests from arrival to departure. As a Front Office Team Member you will support smooth operations, promote hotel experiences and help create memorable stays.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high operational standards at the front desk, resolve day‑to‑day issues and use front‑office systems efficiently.
- Provide a visible, proactive presence in guest‑facing areas, offering information, assistance and personalised recommendations.
- Uphold health, safety, hygiene and compliance procedures, including fire safety and first‑aid protocols.
- Support cost‑efficient operations while maximising sales opportunities and promoting hotel amenities.
- Escalate urgent or sensitive matters to senior leaders promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support events and resolve guest problems.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt quickly to a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Good communication skills and confidence when interacting with guests.
- Reliability in following safety and compliance procedures.
