Global Commercial Marketing Manager

About the role

Designer Parfums is seeking a strategic Global Commercial Marketing Manager to bridge sales and marketing across its diverse perfume and cosmetics portfolio. Based in Watford with a hybrid work pattern, you will shape brand strategies worldwide while collaborating closely with local markets and the creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Brand Team to develop and execute profitable global brand strategies.
• Translate global strategies into actionable market plans for local teams, ensuring consistent brand execution.
• Work with Brand Creative and Brand Leaders to install brands in key markets and enhance brand plans.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and area managers to drive market expansion.
• Contribute to launch planning, analyse media feedback, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Maintain brand guidelines across online retail channels and create trade catalogues and digital toolkits.
• Prepare monthly distributor reports and present commercial insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, fragrance or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, sales and operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on media performance and market data.
