Production Assistant

About the role

NORTH Agency is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to join its fast‑growing London team. This hands‑on position supports a variety of production workstreams, from event planning and logistics to creative mailers, influencer gifting, and press‑box production, ensuring every project meets the agency’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the creative manager and producers throughout all stages of event planning, including operations, logistics, technical setup and on‑site execution.
• Own end‑to‑end production of creative mailers, influencer gifts and press boxes, handling concept support, quoting, print production, fulfilment and delivery.
• Provide creative support through research, presentation updates and site visits as needed.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, maintain receipt documentation and update cost trackers.
• Organise project files, update templates and prepare production schedules, run‑of‑shows and critical path documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, handling research, contracting, briefing and liaison.
• Support client communications and project updates, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in onsite event production, agency work or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership from task initiation to completion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and manage multiple priorities.
