Global Sales Manager

About the role

SHI International Corp., a global provider of IT solutions and services, is hiring a Sales Manager in London. The manager runs all sales activities with a focus on meeting targets, building and leading a professional sales team, and executing growth strategies. The role covers new business development, strong partner relationships, brand awareness, pipeline management, sales presentations and customer appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities and meet sales targets
• Recruit, hire and train new sales staff, then coach, motivate and mentor the team
• Run sales motions and campaigns to drive exponential growth
• Develop new business with existing customers and acquire new ones
• Build strong partner relationships and engage internal resources such as marketing to create brand awareness
• Oversee accurate pipeline management
• Deliver effective sales presentations and schedule and attend customer appointments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in an outside sales role supporting enterprise customers
• 3+ years of technology sales experience
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Proven track record of attaining sales goals and quotas
• Experience working with C-level executives

Required skills

• Expert time management, planning and organisation
• Expert problem solving and self-motivation with limited direction
• Excellent presentation skills and strong consultative sales skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
