About the role
We are looking for ambitious 2025/2026 graduates to join our fast‑paced recruitment team in Canary Wharf. You will be fully responsible for your earnings and career progression, working in a sales‑driven environment where success is rewarded from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Learn the step‑by‑step process for sourcing candidates.
- Manage job postings and applicant pipelines.
- Write compelling job adverts and headhunt niche talent.
- Develop creative advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Sell recruitment services and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Close deals and earn commission on placements.
Required profile
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree.
- Career‑driven and self‑motivated.
- Competitive spirit – high‑level sporting achievements are a plus.
