Group Finance Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a finance team within a fast‑growing infrastructure services business. The role covers full group reporting, budgeting and international consolidation, supporting the company’s ambitious global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual and interim financial reporting in line with IFRS.
• Prepare monthly and year‑end consolidations for the group.
• Analyse subsidiary processes and reporting packs, providing business‑partnering insights.
• Contribute to the development of investment strategies.
• Manage and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a practice background.
• Proven experience running a reporting process in a multi‑entity group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102.
• Experience in organisations with significant revenue and/or international operations.
