Main Missions

• Provide essential support with residents' personal care routines.
• Assist residents during mealtimes, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Understand and respond to individual health and well-being requirements.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in social activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Promote dignity, independence, choice, and respect in every interaction.
• Accurately maintain and update detailed patient care records.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience or formal qualifications are required; we provide full training.
• Compassionate, calm, and able to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
• Energetic, positive, and a proactive listener.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
