Hospitality Recruiter – London

About the role

Restaurant Associates is seeking a passionate Hospitality Recruiter to join its London team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for operational, culinary and hospitality positions, ensuring the right talent is matched with exciting opportunities across our premium catering brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hospitality and catering roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions, using data‑driven insights to improve performance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Organise and support hiring events that promote the company’s brand and attract top talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house.
• Prior experience recruiting for hospitality or catering is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing techniques.
