About the role
We are seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join the team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a luxury hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and supporting guests throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Transport clean and soiled linens between laundry facilities and housekeeping areas, ensuring timely delivery and removal.
- Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries to rooms.
- Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment and tools, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
Required profile
