About the role

Join the Stroud Premier Inn as a Reception Team Member and become the friendly face welcoming guests each day. This fixed‑term position offers 16 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out using the hotel’s administration system.
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome and answer guest enquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Required profile

  • Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
