About the role
Join the Stroud Premier Inn as a Reception Team Member and become the friendly face welcoming guests each day. This fixed‑term position offers 16 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Check guests in and out using the hotel’s administration system.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and answer guest enquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
