Key Maid – Housekeeping Role

We are seeking a Key Maid to join our Housekeeping team at Home House Studio on Great Cumberland Place. The successful candidate will create meaningful moments for guests through exceptional care, meticulous attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming approach.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are ready for guest arrival.
• Provide a warm and attentive service that makes guests feel comfortable and cared for.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to uphold consistent quality across the property.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.
