Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist (London)

About the role

You will prescribe cannabis‑based medicines to patients who have exhausted other treatment options, helping to improve their quality of life. This hybrid position combines clinical work with remote support, based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Clinically review and prescribe cannabis‑based medicinal products (CBMPs).
• Manage a complex patient caseload and maintain accurate records in line with GPhC standards.
• Support the dispensary team with clinical queries.
• Contribute to education for patients and staff.
• Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Required profile

• GPhC‑registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification.
• Minimum two years of prescribing experience in a clinical setting.
• Genuine interest in patient outcomes and ability to work in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Willingness to learn CBMPs through provided training.
