Junior Talent Manager

About the role

OTG, a UK‑founded talent agency with offices in London and New York, is seeking a Junior Talent Manager to build and manage a small roster of creators. Reporting to the Talent Management team, you will be responsible for commercial partnership development, contract negotiation and day‑to‑day support for your talent.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a roster of at least three talent, handling diary and email inboxes.
• Coordinate commercial content creation, delivery and execution with brand clients.
• Gather analytics and feedback post‑campaign and produce case studies.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with senior support, and secure gifting and event invitations.
• Proactively pitch, negotiate and close commercial partnerships.
• Develop relationships with agencies, brands and third‑party partners.
• Identify opportunities to diversify talent revenue streams and advise on content strategy.
• Collaborate with senior team members to create sustainable, impact‑driven career plans.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in talent management or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media, creator culture and brand partnerships.
• Proven ability to secure commercial deals and upsell talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised, proactive self‑starter able to juggle multiple projects.
• Adaptable, positive attitude with a solutions‑focused mindset.
