Talent Sourcer – Design Recruitment

About the role

Good Maven is a specialist design recruitment and coaching firm working with leading tech companies. We are seeking a Talent Sourcer with strong experience in hiring product designers to help build exceptional design teams across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality product designers across the UK and Europe.
• Partner closely with recruiters to shape talent pipelines and define search strategies.
• Develop and articulate a clear point of view on what constitutes great design talent for various roles.
• Contribute to improving assessment methods and candidate engagement processes.
• Build long‑term relationships with candidates and the broader design community.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing product designers or similar design roles.
• Strong understanding of design craft and ability to assess portfolios, or a solid foundation to develop this skill.
• Experience hiring across the UK and Europe with knowledge of the local talent landscape.
• Thoughtful, strategic approach to design hiring, not just execution.
• Alignment with Good Maven’s mission and values.
