Leadership & Management Training Manager

About the role

The Leadership & Management Training Manager will join Bright Horizons’ Talent & Development team to design, deliver and evaluate leadership and management programmes for corporate and full‑service business leaders. Working closely with the Head of Talent & Development, the role supports senior leaders and aspiring managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse training needs data provided by the Talent team and produce detailed reports.
• Design and deliver face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions from Level 2 to Level 7 equivalence.
• Develop and facilitate Senior Leader Forum content, incorporating academic theory and current research.
• Measure the impact of training interventions and produce impact reporting.
• Conduct holistic psychometric assessments and provide feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to ensure best practice in leadership development.
• Support the wider Talent strategy and undertake miscellaneous tasks as business priorities evolve.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership or management training for senior audiences.
• Strong ability to analyse training needs data and translate insights into effective programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to travel between Northampton, London and other office locations.
• Commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based learning solutions.
