About the role
Decoded is seeking a Learner Success Coach to guide apprentices through their training, support their progress and help them achieve level 3 and level 4 qualifications. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and employers to create personalised learning plans and ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA and other regulatory bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain individual learning plans, monitor progress and ensure critical milestones are met.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and assessment support for apprentices, including functional skills, maths, English and British Values.
- Maintain accurate records in BUD/Canvas, sign off learning activities and act on IQA feedback.
- Achieve personal and team KPIs, contribute to quality improvement and compliance activities.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with learners, employers and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Passionate about education and technology, with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Experience delivering apprenticeships and familiarity with UK Further Education sector, ESFA and related regulators.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
