Learner Success Coach

About the role

Decoded is seeking a Learner Success Coach to guide apprentices through their training, support their progress and help them achieve level 3 and level 4 qualifications. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and employers to create personalised learning plans and ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA and other regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individual learning plans, monitor progress and ensure critical milestones are met.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and assessment support for apprentices, including functional skills, maths, English and British Values.
• Maintain accurate records in BUD/Canvas, sign off learning activities and act on IQA feedback.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs, contribute to quality improvement and compliance activities.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with learners, employers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Passionate about education and technology, with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Experience delivering apprenticeships and familiarity with UK Further Education sector, ESFA and related regulators.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
