Leasing & Customer Service Associate

About the role

The Leasing & Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional 24/7 resident experience. This role combines leasing activities with front‑of‑house customer service to ensure residents receive service levels that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including property viewings, follow‑up on enquiries and converting prospects into leases.
• Plan and organise daily tasks to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in data capture systems.
• Welcome on‑site enquiries and potential residents with a warm, friendly approach.
• Follow up on required documentation, contract returns and process payments.
• Conduct scheduled resident apartment visits and manage cancellations.
• Respond to online (webchat) and email enquiries professionally.
• Support other communities when required and cross‑sell based on resident needs.
• Inspect the community, ensure leasing materials meet standards and take corrective action.
• Stay informed about community amenities, units and local area features.
• Deliver comprehensive front‑of‑house service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
• Support resident events and assist with move‑in and move‑out processes.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers and residents.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate data entry capabilities.
• Proactive, organized and able to meet leasing targets.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and willingness to work flexible hours.
