Leasing Consultant – Overture Tributary

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will be the first point of contact for prospective residents at Overture Tributary, guiding them through the leasing process and creating an exceptional living experience. You will combine sales, marketing, and event coordination to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Collect and record pertinent information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing initiatives.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track apartment availability and leasing activity.
