About the role

Global Banking School, in partnership with Oxford Brookes University, is seeking a Lecturer to join its BA (Hons) Global Business and Entrepreneurship programme. The role involves delivering undergraduate modules across business and entrepreneurship subjects on a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
• Develop, update, and improve course materials for management‑related modules.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students.
• Participate in staff development, peer observations, meetings, and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business or related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter and ability to supervise student projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
