About the role
Our client, a government regulator, is seeking a Litigation Lawyer on an initial six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work on high‑profile regulatory matters, handling complex litigation and overseeing work instructed to panel firms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead complex regulatory litigation cases.
- Conduct judicial review proceedings and provide strategic advice.
- Oversee and coordinate work performed by external panel firms.
- Participate in inquests where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Significant experience in litigation, preferably with judicial review exposure.
- Inquest experience is highly valued.
- Willingness to work from the London office at least two days per week.
- Ability to adapt to a six‑month contract with potential extension or permanent conversion.
