Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in delivering best‑in‑class strategies for a portfolio of luxury fragrance brands across the UK and Ireland. This collaborative role requires strong attention to detail, creativity and a passion for luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing 360° campaigns for luxury fragrance brands across the UK & Ireland.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to produce promotional sites, window displays and in‑store activations that follow global brand guidelines and stay within budget.
• Work closely with Sales, Education and boutique managers to communicate marketing initiatives and maintain the boutique marketing calendar.
• Assist the PR & Communications Manager in planning and reporting KOL and customer events for new product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and provide insights to optimise future marketing strategies.
• Maintain budget trackers, coordinate supplier payments and ensure timely sharing of presentations and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury beauty or high‑end department‑store environments.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between sales and marketing in a retail or trade‑marketing context.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
