Medical Specialist (Fluent in Arabic) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified medical professional who is fluent in Arabic to join our AI training team on a freelance basis. You will help shape the next generation of large‑language models by providing high‑quality medical content in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in Arabic and English.
• Verify factual accuracy, logical soundness, and clinical relevance of model responses.
• Document failure modes, error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Cover a broad range of medical topics, including internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, diagnostics, ethics, physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence‑based medicine.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step reasoning (“show your work”) for each interaction.

Required profile

• Medical background (clinical care, research, public health, biomedical education, or related fields).
• Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English.
• Comfort with discussing differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, clinical trial design, public‑health interventions, and diagnostic imaging.
• Ability to articulate reasoning processes explicitly.
