About the role

Mercor is seeking experienced registered nurses to support AI research projects on a short‑term contract. You will work remotely, creating and reviewing nursing‑focused deliverables that help train and improve machine‑learning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common nursing requests for AI models.
• Review and enhance peer‑developed deliverables to advance research quality.
• Diagnose real‑world nursing issues and propose solutions for machine‑learning applications.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule, committing 30–40 hours per week.
• Contribute domain expertise to cutting‑edge AI initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional nursing experience.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Immediate availability to start.
