About the role

Join a family‑owned craft bakery as a Night Production or Packing Operative. You will work on a 4‑on‑4‑off night shift, supporting the team with straightforward tasks while receiving full training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the production or packing team with daily operational duties.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Work on the shop floor for the full duration of the night shift.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – a willingness to learn and enthusiasm are essential.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work night hours (17:45 – 06:00) on a rotating schedule.
