Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician – Milton Keynes

About the role

Allen Motor Group is seeking a Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician to join its KIA dealership in Milton Keynes. Working under the Aftersales Manager, you will deliver inspection, repair and servicing tasks on a full‑time basis, contributing to high customer satisfaction and meeting productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and diagnostic services on KIA vehicles, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and compliance procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge through manufacturer training.
• Support the aftersales team in achieving productivity and quality targets.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in inspection, repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential.

• Basic salary £22,568 per year plus OTE up to £27,000.
