About the role
As the Office Manager you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of Y.CO’s London office, creating an organised, efficient and compliant workplace where employees feel supported and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for office operations, suppliers and building management.
- Manage daily office activities, supplier relationships, team wellbeing initiatives and social events.
- Maintain a workspace that reflects Y.CO’s high standards and ensures seamless operation.
- Support Y.CO’s sustainability programmes by aligning office operations and supplier partnerships with environmental commitments.
- Assist the Compliance team on ad‑hoc projects as required.
Required profile
- Confident in building strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for creating a positive workplace experience.
