On-Prem IAM Support Engineer

About the role
Capgemini is looking for an On-Prem IAM Support Engineer to join its Identity Access Management team in Inverness. The role is fully onsite, five days a week, and focuses on delivering reliable IAM services so that the right people and systems have appropriate access at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, including creation, modification, and removal of user accounts.
- Support authentication mechanisms such as passwords, MFA, and certificates.
- Implement authorization controls to define what resources users can access.
- Perform governance and auditing activities to ensure compliance.
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Maintain internal PKI and manage AC CS certificates.
- Provide support for Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and joiner‑mover‑leaver (JML) processes.
Required profile
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Knowledge of AD CS and PKI management.
- Ability to work onsite in Inverness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
